I can't remember where I read that "CRM is a business methodology and strategy that has many objectives, and means different things to different organisations, each one of them would have its own objectives from CRM."

What the "Online Marketing agencies" Don't want you to know!

As I was reading articles about the online marketing world I saw an excellent site & book written by Andrew Goodman about Google adwords optimisation. Google AdWords is the largest advertising opportunity on the Internet today, bar none. Well! I know that I share this same name with a few more people one of them is a prominent Caricature & Cartoon Artist! But  here I can only tell you about myself!
